Peter has held positions as Chief Architect for Freddie Mac, Chief Architect for Countrywide Financial Corp and Bank of America, CIO of Mortgage Connect, and President of Hammerhead Technology, a conservation focused product delivery organization. Peter is also a co-founder of Aptus Tech Solutions whose flagship product pointingfish.ai is used by financial services companies in the US. Peter is a past Computerworld Top 100 CIO’s recipient.
John Ardy is a seasoned mortgage technology executive and entrepreneur with a track record that includes multiple successful exits and leadership roles across both startups and enterprise organizations. With a background rooted in operations, technology, and strategic execution, he has helped build and scale platforms that power core mortgage and financial services workflows.
John has held positions as CEO & Founder of Resitrader (purchased by Optimal Blue in 2018), COO of Firstsource, Managing Director at Bank of America/Countrywide, and executive positions with Equator, Pennymac and Black Knight. John has an MBA from the USC and a BA from Columbia University.
Jim Kee is a mortgage servicing compliance and technology leader focused on automating complex regulatory and testing workflows for servicers and MSR owners. His work centers on translating dense compliance requirements into scalable, automated systems that reduce risk while increasing operational transparency.
Jim has held executive roles with Pennymac, Bank of America/Countrywide, Kozmo.com, and Deloitte Consulting. Jim has an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Occidental College.

James had an extended career in mortgage loan servicing with Bank of America/Countrywide, rising through the ranks from the floor of the call center to a senior executive role. He has maintained an executive position with Zventus Consulting prior to joining MESH.
